1. Who we are and what we do

Shree Hari Hive Foundation is a charitable, non-profit organisation that rescues and cares for Indian street dogs and is building a sanctuary for them in Mohali, Punjab. We do not sell products or services. There is no entry fee to visit, and the sanctuary is not a commercial boarding kennel, hotel or paid resort.

2. Donations

All donations are voluntary gifts made to support our charitable work. You receive no goods, services or personal benefit in return for a donation.
Donations are used solely to further our charitable objects — feeding, medical care and shelter for the rescued dogs, and building and running the sanctuary.
Payments are made through your own UPI app or bank (and, in future, a payment gateway). We never handle or store your card, bank or UPI credentials.
Please make sure the payee shows as Shree Hari Hive Foundation before you confirm any payment.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Tax benefits

We are a registered Section 8 non-profit. Tax-exemption (80G) registration is in process. We do not currently claim that donations are tax-deductible, and will only state so once that registration is granted. If you would like a receipt for your donation, please contact us.

4. Use of the website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to it. The content on this site — text, images, the logo and the name — belongs to Shree Hari Hive Foundation and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. You are welcome to share our pages to help the cause.

5. Accuracy & availability

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. The sanctuary is still under construction, and we describe its status honestly. We may change, suspend or update the site at any time.

6. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party services (such as WhatsApp or a payment provider). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Shree Hari Hive Foundation is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mohali / SAS Nagar, Punjab, shall have jurisdiction.
